You wonder why he laughs
you wonder why he giggles,
It's all because he's a funny chap
of that we cannot quibble!

O.K now the real story, Kookaburra's Laugh because they are Happy
And love cheering up the other birds
Actually cheering up anyone who should happen by and hear them!
Colin is No exception!!!
Sometimes you'll hear him laughing at himself.
Other times at the quirky things he sees his friends in the forest doing.
Whatever the reason, what I'd give to be as happy-go-lucky as he is.
