Thank you all for joining me today! I'm excited that you are here and before we go any further I'd like to tell you a little about myself.

I love to "work out" and I like it when I'm joined by friends. It makes me feel good to help people and we all know how good exercise is for our bodies! And one and two and three.

My other favourite form of exercise is skydiving and I like wall climbing /mountain climbing as well as blading to stay fit.

I live in San Jose , California and I love the United States of America! I was born on it's birthday and you will always find me wearing red, white and blue. I have blue eyes, red hair and parts of my body are white, so even before I dress I'm wearing my favorite colours.

My hobbies include collecting antiques and USA flags. My favourite food is "All American Apple Pie"!
